Pumpkin Pie

1 cup pumpkin

1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup milk

Mix dry ingredients first with spices and eggs.

Then add milk.

Sprinkle with nutmeg.

For spicier pumpkin add 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice.

Makes 1 9-inch pie.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until firm.
