Pumpkin Gobs and Icing

Pumpkin Gobs and Icing Ingredients


Gobs:



2 cups brown sugar

2 cups pumpkin

1 cup oil

2 eggs

1 tsp of each: 

cinnamon

ginger

ground cloves

salt

baking powder

baking soda

vanilla

3 cups flour



Gob Icing:



1 box French vanilla instant pudding (3 oz)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup milk

1 cup butter flavored Crisco

1 tsp vanilla


Pumpkin Gobs and Icing Cooking Instructions


Gobs:



Cream, sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.  

Add vanilla and dry ingredients.

Mix well.

Drop by tsp on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees, 12 to 15 minutes.

When cool fill with gob icing.

 



Icing:



Mix Gob Icing ingredients together.

Beat for about 20 minutes, then refrigerate until ready to use.
