Pumpkin Drop Cookies

1 cup pumpkin

1 cup sugar

1 cup Crisco

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

!/2 tsp salt

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

Cream Crisco, sugar, egg and pumpkin.

Add sifted dry ingredients, add vanilla.

Drop by tsp onto baking sheet.

Bake 15 minutes.

Icing of your choice can be used.

I use whipped butter cream icing and tint it orange for the fall.
