Porky Pine Gobs Ingredients


Gobs:



1/2 cup shortening

2 cups of sugar

2 eggs

1 cup of milk

4 cups of flour

2 tsp of soda

1/2 tsp of salt

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of vanilla

1/2 cup boiling water

1 cup of cocoa



Gob Icing:



3 tbsp of flour

1 cup of milk

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup Oleo

1/2 cup Crisco

1 cup of sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp of lemon


Porky Pine Gobs Cooking Instructions


(Do NOT Grease Pan)

Mix altogether and put on cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.

Take a teaspoon and pat up each cookie on top upward until points show.

Bake at 350 degrees until done.  

Make gob icing and put together.  



Gob Icing:



Combine and cook flour, milk, salt, Oleo, Crisco, and sugar.

Beat until fluffy, then add vanilla and lemon.
