Pistachio Cake

1 box Yellow or White Cake Mix
1 box Pistachio Pudding
1 cup Oil
1 cup Club Soda
3 Eggs
1 cup Chopped Nuts
Icing:
2 env. Dream Whip
1 box Pistachio Pudding
1-1/2 cups Milk
Mix all ingredients well.
Place all ingredients in a greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
When cake is done, flip onto serving plate to cool.
Icing:
Mix all ingredients well.
Beat until thick.
Spread on cold cake.
