Pineapple Marshmallow Jell-O

1 large can crushed pineapple

1 package miniature marshmallows

1 pint heavy cream whipped (with less than 1/4 cup confectioners sugar, or to taste)

1 tsp lemon juice

6 to 7 maraschino cherries

Mix pineapple and marshmallows together.

Fold in heavy cream, which has been whipped and sweetened.

Add lemon juice.

Put 6 or 7 maraschino cherries on top for decoration.

Chill in refrigerator.
