2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Oil
2 tsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
3/4 tsp. Cooking Oil
1/2 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 lb. Powdered Sugar
6 T. Soured Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt, oil, vinegar and vanilla in 9 x 13 pan.
Pour in 2 cups cold water and mix right in pan.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Cool.
Mix together peanut butter and 3/4 tsp cooking oil and spread over cooled cake.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Heat together margarine, 1/4 cup cocoa, powdered sugar, sour milk and vanilla.
Mix until smooth.
Spread over peanut butter layer and cool.
