Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge Ingredients

3 cup sugar

3/4 cup butter

5-1/3 oz can of evaporated milk

1 cup peanut butter

9 oz jar marshmallow cream

1 tsp vanilla

Peanut Butter Fudge Cooking Instructions

In heavy 2-1/2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.  

Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add peanut butter stirring till melted, add marshmallow cream, vanilla and beat until well blended.

Spread in a buttered 13x9x2 inch pan.

Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate.

Cut into squares when firm.
