Orange-Coconut Zucchini Bread

Orange-Coconut Zucchini Bread Ingredients


1 cup oil

3 eggs

3 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup orange juice

2 cups peeled and grated zucchini

1-3/4 cup sugar

2 tsp almond flavoring

1 tsp baking soda

1-1/2 cup shredded coconut



Icing:

1 stick oleo

8 oz cream cheese

1 tsp vanilla


Orange-Coconut Zucchini Bread Cooking Instructions


Grease and flour 2 loaf pans

Beat oil, eggs, sugar and flavoring

Add dry ingredients and beat

Add zucchini and coconut then stir well

Divide between 2 pans

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes



Icing:

Mix oleo, cream cheese and vanilla.

Beat well

Beat in the powdered sugar

Put icing evenl over loafs



Very tasty without icing
