1 cup soft butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 cup moist style coconut
2 cups sugar (white)
1-1/2 cups sifted flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup coarsely choped walnuts
1 - 7-1/2oz jar of marshmallow cream
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter, soft
6 tbsp of milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 box of powdered sugar
1 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts

Using electric mixer in a large bowl cream butter
Slightly beat eggs and add to butter a little at a time, mixing well.
Add coconut, sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla and walnuts, mix together(this is a heavy batter, do not beat)
Spread batter in greased 9 x 13" pan
Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes or until done
As soon as cake is done spread marshmallow cream over top
Let cool 20 minutes
Frosting:
Mix together all frosting ingredients except walnuts using slow speed of mixer
Increase speed of mixer as ingredients blend together until smooth
Add in 1/2 cup of walnuts
Top cake with frosting
Swirl the frosting through the marshmallow
Sprinkle with remaining walnuts
For a change this can also be served with hot fudge poured over the top when served.
