1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp warmed milk
1 tsp vanilla

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon color, add sugar, beat several minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt mixture alternately with milk and vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold into batter carefully.
Pour into a greased pan, (11x15) lined with wax paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Spread on a damp towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll and let cool.
When cool unroll and fill with lemon pie filling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
