Jewish Coffee Cake

Jewish Coffee Cake Ingredients


2 sticks butter 

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

3 cup sifted flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup sour cream



Topping Mix:



1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped nuts


Jewish Coffee Cake Cooking Instructions


Cream butter and sugar.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.

Add vanilla.

Add sour cream, alternately with dry ingredients.

Put in 1/2 of the batter, sprinkle with 1/2 of topping mix.

Put in rest of batter and sprinkle with rest of topping mix.

Bake in a greased 10 inch tube pan for one hour.

Bake at 350 degrees.
