Jell-O Cake

1 yellow cake baked in a 9x13 pan
2 package of any flavor Jell-O
2 cup hot water
Frosting:
2 package vanilla pudding
2 cup milk
1 tub of Cool Whip
Mix Jell-O with water.
Poke holes in cake and pour Jell-O over cake.
Refrigerate until completely cooled.
Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together and frost cake.
