Italian Tiramisu

Italian Tiramisu Ingredients


16 oz container mascarpone Italian cheese

5 eggs or egg substitute

8 tbsp sugar

1 container 16 oz heavy whipping cream

1 pack lady fingers

1 can 29 oz chopped peaches in light syrup


Italian Tiramisu Cooking Instructions


Beat only egg yolks with sugar, add mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.

Meanwhile beat heavy cream until firm and add to the cheese and eggs mixture.

Dip the lady fingers in the peach syrup one at a time and make the first layer in a serving bowl.

Cover with cream mixture and repeat layers of lady fingers and cream mixture until finished.

Top with chopped peaches.
