Italian Love Cake

Cake:

Marble cake mix (ingredients per box mix)

1 lb ricotta cheese

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

Icing:

1 box instant vanilla pudding

1 cup milk

8 oz Cool Whip

9x13 pan

Mix marble cake mix according to directions on box and pour into cake pan.

Mix ricotta cheese, sugar and eggs together and pour this mixture on top of cake batter (before you bake.)

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, until cake bounces back to touch.

Cool cake.

Icing:

Mix pudding with milk, then blend in Cool Whip.

Spread on cake.

Refrigerate.
