Italian Fruit Salad

Italian Fruit Salad Ingredients

1/2 box Acini D Pete

1 can chunked pineapple, drained - keep juice

2 cans mandarin oranges (11 oz each) drained - keep juice

1/2 cup Maraschino cherries - cut in half

12 oz container Cool Whip

3/4 cup sugar

2 beaten eggs

2 tbsp flour

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp lemon juice

Italian Fruit Salad Cooking Instructions

Cook Acini D Pete about 12 minutes.

Rinse with cool water.

In a pan, bring to boil pineapple and orange juice, sugar, flour, cornstarch, eggs, lemon juice and salt.

Mix into drained Acini D Pete.

Refrigerate over night.

Mix in drained fruit and Cool Whip next day.
