Hot Fudge Sauce

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate

1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half

2 tbsp almond flavored Amaretto

Combine the chocolate, heavy cream and almond flavored Amaretto on top of a double boiler.

Stir over simmer water, about 5 minutes.
