Holiday Jell-O Salad

1 box strawberry Jell-O
1 box lime Jell-O
1-8oz cream cheese, room temp.
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 to 2 tbsp milk
Use quick set method for lime Jell-O
Pour into 8-1/2x11 cake pan or baking dish.
Add drained pineapple.
Place in refrigerator until set.
Blend cream cheese to softened, add milk and blend.
Mix gelatin with hot water (just enough to dissolve).
Add to cream cheese.
Spread onto lime Jell-O.
Use quick set method for strawberry Jell-O.
Pour on top of cream cheese.
Refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares and serve.
Can be used as a salad or dessert.
