Crust:
18 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup equal
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
Filling:
3 eggs separated
2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
6 tsp arrowroot or 3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
Meringue:
Egg whites
1/4 tsp cream tartar
4 tbsp sugar

Make the crust by mixing ingredients and pressing into a pie plate.
Make filling by adding egg yolk that have been beaten to the milk and sugar and cornstarch.
Heat over medium heat and stir until thick, add vanilla and stir.
Pour into the pie shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Make the meringue and spread on top then back at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
