Frosted Fruit Salad

2 cups hot water

1-1/2 cups cold water

1 small pkg lemon jello

1 orange

1 #2 can pineapple, crushed and drained

2 banannas, diced

40 miniature marshmallows

Topping:

1 egg beaten

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup whipped cream

Topping:

Stir all ingredients together except for whipped cream over low heat until thick

Cool

Stir in whipped cream.

Dissolve jello in hot water and add cold water

Let cool in refrigerator until cosistancy is like a beaten egg white

Add fruit and marshmallows

Chill until firm

Spread topping over it.
