Eggnog Cake

1 - 18.5oz package of yellow cake mix with pudding

1 tsp rum flavoring

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 - 15.4 oz package of creamy white frosting mix

3 tbsp orange marmalade

red and green food color

Grease and flour baking pan (13 x 9 x 2)

Prepare cake mix as directed on package except add rum flavoring, nutmeg and ginger before mixing.

Pour into pan

Bake as directed

Invert on large tray or aluminum foil covered cardboard and cool

Prepare frosting mix as directed on package except - heat the margarine over medium heat until delicate brown.

Frost cake

Make 3 bells on top of cake with bell shaped cookie cutter.

Mix remaining marmalade and 2 drops of red food coloring

Fill 2 bells with green marmalade and 1 bell with red food coloring

Dip wooden pick into additional green food coloring and draw lines to connect the bells.
