Easy Light Jello Whip

1 (16-oz.) ctn. 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, sm. curd
1 (8-oz.) ctn. Light Cool Whip
2 pkg. Peach Jello Sugar Free, dry
1 (29-oz.) can Peaches, light syrup, drained

Whip dry Jello with Cool Whip.
Add cottage cheese, whip more with mixer.
Stir in peaches, drained and cut into bite size pieces.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan, flatten.
Can be served right away or refrigerate and serve.
Note: Can use other Jello and fruit.
(My husband doesn't like cottage cheese, but I put it in a food processor and he doesn't know it's in the dessert.)
