Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Ingredients

2 lb confectioners sugar

1 stick butter, Blue Bonnet or Parkay

1 cup evaporated milk, must be Carnation

1-24 oz jar peanut butter, must be Jiff

1-14 oz jar marshmallow creme

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Cooking Instructions

Place the confectioners sugar, stick butter or margarine and Carnation's evaporated milk into a large pot on the stove on medium heat.

Stir mixture continually until mixture comes to a rolling boil.

Once mixture is at a rolling boil leave boil for one minute only.

Once the minute is up turn off stove and add your 3 cups of Jif peanut butter and 14 oz marshmallow creme.

Stir the entire mixture until completely mixed.

The mixture should turn completely tan.

Spray a cake pan with Pam and pour the mixture into it and leave cool in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
