Creamy Coconut Cake

Creamy Coconut Cake Ingredients


1 box White Cake Mix

1-1/2 cups Milk

1/2 cup Sugar

1 + cups Coconut, flaked

8 oz. ctn. Cool Whip


Creamy Coconut Cake Cooking Instructions


To prepare cake follow directions on back of package.

Put batter in 13 x 9 inch cake pan.

Bake.

Cool for 15 minutes and then poke holes in cake with fork.

Combine milk, sugar and 1/2 cup flaked coconut in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.

Spoon warm over cake so it seeps through the holes.

Cool completely.

Then fold 1/2 cup of coconut into Cool Whip and spread over cake.

Sprinkle extra coconut on top.

Chill Overnight.
