Coffee Cake

1 white cake mix

1 vanilla instant pudding

1 cup sour milk (1 tsp vinegar in 1 cup milk)

2/3 cup oil

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Topping:

2/3 cup sugar

1 cup walnuts

4 tsp cinnamon

Confectionary sugar

Beat four minutes.

Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan.

Put 1/2 batter, swirl in 1/2 topping.

Bake at 350 degree for 45 to 60 minutes.

Sprinkle with confectionary sugar.

Good heated back up.
