Coconut Surprise Pie

1/2 stick margarine
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup bisquick
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups milk
1/2 cup coconut
Cream 1/2 stick margarine and 3/4 cup sugar.
Beat 4 eggs add to creamed mixture.
Add 1/2 cup bisquick, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 cups milk.
Beat 2-3 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9" pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
