Coconut Cake

1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 can Eagle Brand Milk, concentrate
1 can Cream of Coconut
1 (8-oz.) ctn. Cool Whip
Fresh Coconut
Mix yellow cake mix according to package instructions.
While cake is still warm poke holes in cake.
Mix together Eagle brand milk & cream of coconut.
Pour over cake.
Cool completely and top with Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut on top.
I toast mine.
Refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy!
