Coca-Cola Cake

1/2 cup butter

1-1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

3 tbsp cocoa

2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 cup coca cola (classic)

1-1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Cocoa Coca-Cola Frosting:

3 cup powdered sugar

Cup toasted pecans

3 tsp cocoa

1/3 cup Coca-Cola, Classic

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl.

Add the eggs, and mix well.

Add the cocoa, flour, baking soda, buttermilk, vanilla, Cocoa-Cola, and marshmallows, and beat, using an electric mixer.

Pour into 9x13 inch pan, and bake for 45 minutes.

When a toothpick comes out clean, remove the cake from the oven and cool.

Frost with cocoa Coca-Cola frosting.

Cocoa Coca-Cola Frosting:

Mix all ingredients together, and beat, using an electric mixer.

Spread onto a cooled cake.

Makes enough for a 9x13 inch cake.
