1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
5 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1-1/4 cups of sugar
3 tbsp of flour
1-1/2 tsp of vanilla
1-1/2 tsp of orange rind
1/4 cup of milk
6 eggs, room temperature

Crust:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In medium bowl toss graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter together.
Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.
Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
To Make Filling:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
In large bowl with electric mixer at high speed. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until fluffy and light.
Blend in flour, vanilla, orange rind and milk until mixture is smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Pour mixture over baked crumb crush.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 250 degrees.
Bake 1 hour longer.
When cake is done, leave cake in oven with heat turned off and door shut for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cool on rack until room temperature then refrigerate.
