Carrot Cake

3 cup flour
2 cup white sugar
4 jars baby food, strained carrots (little jars)
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 cup salad oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs

Combine and mix flour, white sugar, baby food, salt, and salad oil.
Add the baking powder, baking soda, pecans, cinnamon, and four eggs.
Beat into other mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
Top with butter and cream cheese icing.
