Cannoli Cake

1-1/2 lb Ricotta Cheese

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 box yellow cake mix

ix cake as directed on the package

Pour into a 9 x 13 pan

Beat Ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until thick

Gently spoon over the batter evenly

Bake at 1 hour at 350 degrees
