Boston Cream Pie

Boston Cream Pie Ingredients

3 eggs 

1-1/4 cup flour

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup water, hot

1 cup sugar

1-1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Boston Cream Pie Cooking Instructions

Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff.

Also beat yolks, put together and beat some more.

Beat in 1 cup sugar.

Add flour into which baking powder has been added.

Fold into egg and sugar mixture.

Add hot water, a small amount at a time, salt and vanilla.

Bake at 350 degrees.

Cool, split cake in half.

Put your favorite pudding between the halves and put icing on top.
