1 cup butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 cups uncooked quick oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth; add sugar till well blended.
Combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in large bowl; mix well.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating on low speed until well blended and crumbly.
Spread 2/3 of crumb mixture in bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch pan, pressing down to form firm layer.
Bake 15 minutes, take out of oven and cool 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place blueberry pie filling and vanilla extract in a bowl; stir.
Pour over partially baked crust; sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly over blueberry layer.
Return pan to oven; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is slightly bubbly.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
