Blueberry Buckel Cake

2 cup flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter

Egg

1/2 cup milk

2 cup blueberries

Topping:

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup soft butter

Mix cake ingredients together and pour into greased 9 inch square cake pan.

Mix together ingredients for topping and sprinkle over top of cake and bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Can double recipe and make a 9x13 pan.

If must then bake for 65 minutes.
