1 8-oz package cream cheese
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup Nestles semi-sweet chips
1/2 cup Reeses peanut butter chips
1/3 cup sugar

Batter:
1-1/4 cup flour
1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Egg
1 tsp vanilla

Blend cream cheese, sugar, salt in small bowl.
Add egg, beat until smooth.
Stir in semi-sweet and peanut butter chips.
Set aside.
Batter:
Combine ingredients.
Blend well.
Fill 24 paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full with batter.
Spoon 1 tbsp cream cheese filling into each cupcake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until tops are light brown.
