Banana Cake

2 cup sifted flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup crisco

1-1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup mashed ripe banana

3/4 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanila

Banana Cake Frosting:

Medium ripe banana, mashed

Stick margarine, room temperature

Box confectioners

Tsp maple flavoring

Mix crisco, sugar and eggs.

Add ripe banana.

Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.

Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Frosting:

Mix margarine and banana.

Add sugar and flavoring.

Mix well.
