Apple Crisp

8 apples

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tbsp lemon juice

1-1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 stick soft margarine

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Peel and slice apples.

Mix with sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and lemon juice.

Spread in 9x13 cake pan.

Mix well, flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, soft margarine, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Layer over top of apple mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
