Apple Cake

2 eggs, well beaten

2 cup sugar

1-1/4 cup Wesson Oil

3 cup flour

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp soda

2 tsp vanilla

3 cup delicious apples (diced in small chunks)

1 cup chopped nuts

Mix first three ingredients together.

Then add dry ingredients, mix well.

Add vanilla, apples and nuts.

Pour in greased tube pan.

Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours.

Batter will be stiff.

Delicious apples must be used.
