Pumpkin Pie Fudge

Pumpkin Pie Fudge Ingredients


1-1/2 cup Sugar

2/3 cup Evaporated Milk

1/2 cup Canned Pumpkin

2 T. Butter

1-1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

(12-oz.) White Baking Chips

2 cups Mini Marshmallows

1-1/4 tsp. Vanilla


Pumpkin Pie Fudge Cooking Instructions


Lightly grease the bottom and sides of a saucepan.

Place sugar, milk, pumpkin, butter and spice in the pan.

Stirring constantly over medium heat, bring to a boil.

Boil for 12 minutes and remove from heat and add baking chips and marshmallows and vanilla.

Stir until melted.

Pour into 8" square greased pan.

Chill in fridge overnight.

Cut into small squares.



May top each piece with a piece of candy corn or walnut if desired.



Great treat for the fall holidays.
