1 cup Less Saturated Fat Crisco
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1-3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup Maraschino Cherries, drained & cut
1/2 cup Canned Crushed Pineapple
2 cups Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup Milk, skim may be used
1/2 cup Walnuts, cut
3 cups Flour, sifted
2 tsp. Baking Powder

Mix Crisco, sugar, eggs and vanilla together in separate bowl.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt together in separate bowl.
Combine above ingredients together.
Add cherries, pineapple and coconut together into mixture.
Pour milk into mixture.
Add walnuts last.
Drop mixture, tsp. size on lightly greased cookie sheet (parchment paper may be used).
Bake 375° for 8-10 minutes until light pink texture appears.
Cool & serve.
This recipe was my late 94 year old Aunt's.
