Peanut Butter Fudge

2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

Cook sugar and milk together.

When it starts to boil, cook for 1 minute.

Remove from heat, add peanut butter and vanilla.

Mix until blended.

Pour from pan to a butter dish.

Cool and cut into pieces.

Makes 1 lb of fudge.
