1/2 cup Margarine
1-1/4 cup Sugar
3 heaping T. Cocoa
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cans Flaked Coconut, (about 4 cups)
1 cup Flour
3 Eggs
pinch Salt
Chocolate Icing

Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs one at a time, flour, cocoa and salt.
Mix well.
Fold in nuts and spread on greased sheet pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees until light brown.
Remove from oven and spread with Eagle Brand milk and 2 cans of flaked coconut.
Return to oven for 15 minutes or until coconut is very light brown.
When cool, spread with chocolate icing and cut into squares.
