Dinner Plate Cocoa Fudge

2/3 C cocoa powder
3 C sugar
1 1/2 C whole milk
1/4 C + 2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Using the 2 tsp. butter, butter a heatproof deep dinner plate, sit aside.
Combine cocoa powder, sugar, and milk in saucepan.
Put saucepan on medium heat and boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add 1/4 C butter and vanilla, mix thoroughly and pour onto buttered deep dinner plate.
Let cool for about 15 minutes on your counter and then place into the refrigerator until set.
Fudge will harden to the consistency of a candy bar.
Cut into squares and serve.
