Cathedral Windows

1 stick oleo
12 oz. chocolate chips
10 oz. miniature colored marshmallows
1 c. chopped peanuts (opt)
Melt oleo & chocolate chips together. Cool slightly.
Add marshmallows (and opt. peanuts). Stir well.
Divide into 4 portions on wax paper. Roll into logs.
Refrigerate over night.
Next day or when ready to serve, slice.
