Brandy Balls Ingredients

2 Cups Vanilla Wafers, rolled very fine

1 Cup Pecans, finely chopped

3/4 Cup Lemon Glazed Fruit, finely chopped

1/4 Cup Crstallized Ginger, finely chopped

1 Cup Confectioners' Sugar

2 Tablespoons Cocoa

2 Tablespoons White Corn Syrup

1/2 Cup Rum, Brandy, or Cointreau

Granulated Sugar

Brandy Balls Cooking Instructions

Combine finely rolled Vanilla Wafers, Chopped Pecans, Chopped Lemon Glazed Fruit, Chopped Crystallized Ginger, Confectioners' Sugar, Cocoa, Corn Syrup, and Rum.

Shape into firm balls.

Roll in Granulated Sugar.

Store in airtight container at least one week.
