Wheat Pancakes

Pancake Mix:

2 cup wheat flour

4 cup white flour

1 tbsp salt or less

6 tbsp baking powder

3 tbsp sugar

2 cup powdered milk

3/4 to 1 cup bran

1 cup wheat germ

Pancake Batter:

1 egg

1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cup water

2 tbsp oil

1-1/2 cup pancake mix

Store remaining pancake mix in tightly sealed container in refrigerator or freezer
