Zuppa Toscana Soup (keto style) Ingredients

4 cups cauliflower  (cut into small pieces )4 cups kale (torn into bite-sized pieces )1 lb. Spicy sausage1/2 lb. Cooked crumbled bacon2 qts. Chicken broth (about 8 cups)1/2 large diced onion1 1/2 cups heavy cream1 Tbsp. Minced garlic 

Zuppa Toscana Soup (keto style) Cooking Instructions

Cook sausage in skillet till brown and set asideIn large pot sauté diced onion till clearAdd garlic and cook 1 minuteAdd broth, cauliflower, bacon and sausage Cook 15-20 minutes (till cauliflower is soft)Add heavy cream and kaleSimmer 5-10 minutes
