1 lb crab meat (fresh is best, but I have also used canned lump and imitation chopped up)
2 cups fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tsp parsley chopped small
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
2 large eggs
10 dashes of hot sauce
1/2 tsp of celery salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp Worchester sauce
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
6 lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Generously coat a 12 cup nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
Mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl and all dry ingredients in another bowl.
Once ingredients are mixed well, combine and make into 12 soft balls and put into muffin tins.
Bake until crispy and cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
Great warm, dipped in melted butter, seasoned with a sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning.
