Oriental Chicken Wings

Oriental Chicken Wings Ingredients


1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tablespoon ginger

3 tablespoons brown sugar

3 lbs. chicken wings

1/4 cup white sugar


Oriental Chicken Wings Cooking Instructions


Combine ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and brown sugar.

Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.

Separate chicken wings at joints, discarding tips.

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with white sugar.

Let stand for 1-1/2 hours.

Dip chicken wings in marinade and arrange on a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.

Pour remaining marinade over wings and let stand for 1-1/2 hours.

Bake at 375 degrees, basting several times, until done, about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
