1 cup grated provolone cheese
1 cup grated brick cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 cloves chopped garlic
3 eggs beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 8oz cans water
1 small onion

In a bowl, mix together cheeses, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper, garlic.
Form into 8 cheese balls.
Heat the oil in coated skillet.
A piece of bread put into oil and lightly browned will indicate the oil is hot enough to lightly brown the cheese balls; drain on paper towels.
In a saucepan mix together tomato sauce, water, and onion.
Bring to a boil.
Add cheese balls when sauce is boiling.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Cheese balls will be spongy.
